Hi I'm Lisa, I have had the privilege to be part of the All Star family for over 14 years, and every day I feel grateful to work in such a positive and caring environment. You'll usually find me at the front desk, where I greet each patient with a warm smile and a genuine welcome. I'm truly committed to making sure every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and confident in the service we provide.
One of the best parts of my job is building relationships with our patients. I love getting to know each person who walks through our doors and being part of their care journey.
Outside the office, I'm the proud mom of three amazing children who bring so much joy to my life. In my free time, I enjoy dining out, exploring new places, and making memories with family and friends. I'm so thankful to be part of a practice that feels like home and a team that feels like family.

With over 35 years of experience in dental insurance and claims processing, I'm passionate about helping patients understand their benefits and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. I love being part of the All Star team, where I get to combine my love of numbers with the joy of seeing everyone's friendly smiles each day!
I'm lucky to share life with my high school sweetheart, best friend, and husband. Together, we've raised two incredible children both proud OBHS graduates who are now happily married. One of my greatest joys is being a grandma to two beautiful grandchildren!
Outside the office, my family and I enjoy running for a good cause and staying active in our community. I'm truly blessed both personally and professionally!

Hi, I'm Karin! I've been an orthodontic assistant for over 40 years and have proudly called Old Bridge my home for the past 37 years. Orthodontics has been more than just a career for me-it's a true passion.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is making sure each patient feels comfortable and cared for, especially those who may feel nervous or unsure about treatment. It brings me so much joy to see how our supportive and compassionate team can turn apprehension into excitement. We take the time to get to know every patient, because we believe that feeling heard and valued is just as important as the treatment itself. Our office is more than a place where smiles are straightened-it's a place where relationships are built. We work hard to create a welcoming, family-friendly environment where patients of all ages feel relaxed and respected.
When I'm not at work, I love spending quality time outdoors, riding my bike and gardening and I also love to cook.

My passion for orthodontics started in my teens, working alongside my father, a retired orthodontist. Today, with 24 years of experience, it’s a privilege to work with Dr. Vives. It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the positive changes in patients’ lives as they see their transformations before and after treatment. I’m especially proud that my two daughters have beautiful smiles, thanks to Dr. Vives.
Outside of work, I’m a true foodie who loves spending time with my husband, friends, and our sweet rottweiler, Gus. Keeping active with walks and indulging in great food are the perfect ways to stay balanced.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching my three children playing sports, taking day trips, going to concerts and going away with my husband.

Laboratory Technician

Hi my name is Emily! I first met Dr. Vives in 2014 as a patient starting my braces journey-and in 2018, I officially joined the team that helped transform my smile. Since then, I've taken on a dynamic role as both a dental assistant and receptionist. Whether I'm welcoming patients at the front desk, assisting chair side, troubleshooting IT issues, or creating retainers using our 3D printer, I love being involved in every part of what keeps the office running smoothly. I also help maintain a sterile, organized lab environment that supports top-quality care behind the scenes. Currently, I'm a college student majoring in forensic science-a field that reflects my passion for detail, investigation, and helping others. Working in orthodontics has strengthened my interest in science, technology, and the human side of healthcare, all of which play a role in both my present and future career paths. Outside the office and classroom, I enjoy getting lost in a good book, exploring new places to shop, and spending time with friends and family.

Hi, I am Donna the Treatment Coordinator at All Star Family Orthodontics. I have been working in the orthodontic field for over 25 years. I enjoy showing people how orthodontic treatment can transform their smile. I met my husband in junior high and we are blessed with 4 beautiful children, and we have one precious granddaughter. My husband and I love gathering with our large family, enjoying a delicious meal and spending time with them.

Atzamarath Garcia
Lab and Records Technician

Hi! My full name is Atzamarath, but everyone calls me Atzy. I joined the All Star Family team in 2022 as the Lab and Records Technician. You'll usually find me snapping photos of your pearly whites, crafting your retainers, and making sure your chair is spotless and ready for you. I got into dentistry about two years ago after enrolling in the dental assistant program at Lincoln Tech - and I've loved it ever since. Helping people feel confident about their smiles is something I'm really passionate about. In 2023, I also joined the Army National Guard and hope to keep pursuing dentistry both in my civilian career and while serving in the military. When I'm not at work, I love working out, hanging out with my friends and family, and just enjoying life.
