Both of my kids & I are patients of Dr. Vives. We've had a very pleasant experience. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. It is a warm, fun & personable environment. Hands down the best orthodontist!!! Both my boys got their braces done with Dr. Vives and he is very kind, friendly, and skillful. The whole office makes you feel very welcome and the staffs are super sweets and friendly (big shouts out to technician Nina, she’s very nice and bubbly and of course super professional). I can’t thank All Star Orthodontics enough for the excellent experience I had there. I get so many compliments on my smile! Everyone in the office is so nice, friendly and professional. All Star Family Orthodontics is amazing! My children’s dentist recommended All Star because he takes his own children there. From the moment we walk in, we are greeted with nothing but friendly faces and positivity. The office is absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. Lisa and the staff upfront are always willing to accommodate. Dr. Vives is patient and kind and explains everything he’s doing. He is gentle and calming and is easy to communicate with. Nina is a rockstar. She and my daughter laugh from the minute we walk into the office and throughout the entire appointment. My daughter has such a good time going to All Star that she gets excited to go to her appointments! I truly cannot say enough about this amazing team. The team at All Star Family Orthodontics lives up to its name. Every person that I encountered at the facility was so warm and welcoming. Invisalign is a big deal both financially and lifestyle wise and the staff at this office made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. Emily did a great job in helping me get the process started. Dr. Vives was extremely patient, informative, and educated in explaining the process in our first appointment. Later I had the pleasure of meeting the bubbly, hilarious MINA who is truly amazing and made sure the retainers worked for me as well. Lisa was so accommodating and made sure to schedule my appointments to work for my work schedule. Everybody there is truly amazing and I’m excited to begin this journey. They give you a t shirt which is awesome too.

Very kind and welcoming office. Always smells so good and very clean. my boys enjoy coming and waiting while their sister gets a check up. They have iPads, coffe and water in the waiting room. We would definitely recommend this office.

I live in Philly. It was an hour drive to this orthpdontics and it was worth it.There are many great things to say about this place. The receptionist and staff are incredibly friendly and treat you as if you are apart of their family. The retainers they produce and hand out are incredibly high quality and tight. In particular, the clear plastic retainers they make are thicker and as a result they last longer then they typically last (1-2 years) even if u grind your teeth.
